l 研究方向:
本人长期从事III-V族等宽禁带半导体光电器件的研究,主要围绕光电转换器件中关键材料、器件及其集成开展研究。当今物联网时代是一个全新的智能化和信息化并生的时代,如果说计算机是人类大脑的扩展,那么传感器就是人类五官的延伸。各种不同功能的光电传感器可以让我们“看”到原来看不见的物质(如紫外辐射),“听”到原来听不见的声音(如超声波)。工作在不同电磁波段的光电传感器可以把我们的视觉范围从肉眼的可见光(400-760 nm)波段向短波长拓展到紫外(10-400 nm)波段,向长波段可以延伸到红外(760-1 mm)波段,甚至是太赫兹(0.1-10 THz)波段。随着自动化技术水平的逐年提升,一些具有特殊功能的光电传感器已经在现代化工业生产、太空开发、海洋探测、医学诊断、交通运输、保密通讯等诸多领域发挥了越来越大的作用。
